  6. Oleare lo stampo.spolverare con del pan grattato per fare un rivestimento.prendere la meta' dell'impasto delle patate e disporlo sul fondo dello stampo.Aggiungere il ragu' di carne, poi la besciamella ed infine il formaggio tagliato a fette.
  7. Chiudere lo stampo con il restante composto di patate, oleare la superficie e spolverare di altro pan grattato.adagiare qualche fiocchetto di burro qua e la' ed infornare per circa 1/2 ora.
  8. Lasciare intiepidire prima di tagliarlo.Vi consiglio di prepararlo anche il giorno prima, cosicche' quando farete le porzioni saranno tagliate perfettamente e si possono scaldare alcuni minuti al forno a 100° per un paio di minuti.
