  1. Per prima cosa prepariamo la besciamella. Mettiamo a scaldare in un pentolino il latte.
  2. A parte facciamo sciogliere 100 g di burro a fuoco basso, poi spegniamo il fuoco e aggiungiamo i 100 g di farina tutta in una volta, mescolando con una frusta per evitare la formazione di grumi. Rimettiamo sul fuoco basso e mescoliamo fino a farla diventare dorata.
  3. Non appena si sarà addensata, uniamo la noce moscata grattugiata e un pizzico di sale. Spegniamo e mettiamo da parte.
  4. Ora dedichiamo alla sfoglia. Prendiamo uno strato di sfoglia, dividiamolo a metà in orizzontale e mettiamoci sopra 2 pezzetti di sottiletta e qualche fetta di prosciutto. Arrotoliamo e di nuovo tagliamo la metà per ottenere così due rotolini. E così via.
  5. Con un po di besciamella sporchiamo una teglia da forno e mettiamoci dentro i rotolini uno di fianco all'altro.
  6. Fatto ciò, prendiamo la besciamella precedentemente preparata e diamo una bella irrorata😄.
  7. Copriamo con la besciamella tutti i rotolini e infine una bella e abbondante grattuggiata di parmigiano. Con un po di latte riempiamo gli eventuali buchini e mettiamone anche ai quattro angoli della teglia.
  8. Inforniamo in forno già caldo a 180 gradi per circa 20 min o almeno finché sopra risulta una bella crosticina dorata.
