Accendere il fornello e aggiungere il latte restante. Continuare a mischiare con la frusta finchè la besciamella non sarà abbastanza senza e senza grumi.
  4. A questo punto iniziare a comporre la lasagna coi vari strati di pasta, besciamella, salsiccia com radicchio e formaggio grattugiato. Una volta finita conservarla in frigorifero o metterla nel forno preriscaldato a 180/200 gradi per un 25 minuti e farla dorare bene. A questo punto, sfornate e gustate la lasagna 😋😋
