  2. 6 Carote Viola
  3. 4 Cucchiai besciamella (possibilmente fatta in casa)
  4. 3 Cucchiai grandi di gorgonzola cremoso
  5. 1 goccio d'olio
  6. 5 Ciuffi erba cipollina
  7. Sale e pepe quanto basta
  8. 1 Goccio di latte

Instructions to make to make Sformatino Viola

  1. Prendere una zuppiera piuttosto capiente e dai bordi alti perché infine dovrete frullare tutto con il tritatutto a immersione, una padella piccola per il gorgonzola, una teglia o degli stampini in silicone (quel che preferite purché adatti ad infornare) ed una pentola per lessare le carote.
  2. Sciacquare bene le carote, spellarle e tagliarle a rondelle (o come volete, comunque piccole in modo che faranno prima a cuocere) e metterle a lessare con acqua salata il tempo necessario. Sentitele con una forchetta, appena saranno molto morbide scolatele e lasciatele raffreddare.
  3. Prendete la zuppiera, spaccate le uova, salate, pepate e aggiungete la besciamella (non calda) e girate bene il tutto con una forchetta.
  4. Nel frattempo in una padella antiaderente a fuoco basso versate un goccio di latte e fate fondere il gorgonzola fino a comporre una crema; lasciate raffreddare.
  5. Prendete le carote, versatele nelle zuppiera con le uova e, appena fredda, anche la crema di gorgonzola; ora con il frullatore ad immersione tritate tutto fino a formare una crema.
  6. Adesso aggiungete l'erba cipollina tritata finemente e mescolate di nuovo con una forchetta e aggiungete un goccio d'olio extra vergine di oliva.
  7. Prendete la teglia da forno antiaderente o gli stampini in silicone, cospargetele con abbondante olio di oliva e riempitele del composto appena preparato. (Lasciate un dito dal bordo, cresceranno un pò)
  8. Infornate a 180^ per circa 15 minuti, aiutatevi con un bastoncino di legno per capire la cottura interna; Inseritelo nello sformatino, se sfilandolo uscirà pulito è cotto.
  9. Lasciate freddare qualche minuto, capovolgetelo e servite con un filo d'olio, erba cipollina ed un cucchiaio di gorgonzola fresco. Buon Appetito!
