  1. Per la besciamella:
  2. 50 gr burro
  3. 50 gr farina 00
  4. 500 Ml latte intero
  5. noce moscata qb (a piacere)

  8. 250 gr circa di prosciutto cotto a fette
  9. 3 Mozzarelle
  10. 100 gr parmiggiano grattuggiato
  11. Ragù qb in base ai gusti personali

  1. Per prima cosa preparate il ragù, noi abbiamo preparato il giorno prima, poi fate la besciamella, iniziate mettendo in una casseruola 50 gr di burro e fateli sciogliere, a parte pesate 50 gr di farina, quando il burro è completamente sciolto aggiungete la farina e amalgamate bene il tutto e fate cuocere per 3-4 minuti, a questo punto aggiungete il latte e la noce moscata grattuggiata, fate ora cuocere finchè raggiunge la consistenza desiderata, noi abbiamo fatto una besciamella non tropo soda.
  2. A questo punto prendete il ragù che avrete messo in una bacinella e aggiungeteci la besciamella, mescolate bene il tutto in modo che risulti ben mescolato.
  3. Ora iniziamo a comporre le nostre lasagne, per prima cosa mettete un piccolo strato di ragù sul fondo, poi fate il primo strato di pasta in modo da coprire tutta la teglia, ora fate uno strato di prosciutto cotto e copritelo con un pochino di ragù, continuate con un’altro strato di pasta, poi uno strato di mozzarella fatta a fettine e dell’altro ragù, continuate cosi fino ad esaurire il prosciutto e la mozzarella (con questi ingredienti noi abbiamo fatto 2 strati di cotto e 2 di mozzarella).
  4. Quando avrete terminato gli ingredienti fate un ultimo strato fatto solo da pasta coperta bene con il ragù e spolverizzata con abbondante parmiggiano, mettete in forno preriscaldato a 200° per circa 35-40 minuti, per i primi 20 minuti tenetela coperta con un foglio di alluminio, poi scopritela e fate cuocere altri 15-20 minuti e per gli ultimi 5 minuti di cottura procedete accendendo anche il grill in modo che faccia una bella crosticina in superficie!
  5. Togliete le lasagne dal forno e aspettate 5-6 minuti prima di porzionarle…ecco a voi la lasagna pronta da gustare….e Buon appetito!!
